Terms of Service

1. The agreement
By installing or using hourloom you agree to these terms with bmvp.ai Ltd (Company No. 17126191, England & Wales). If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. The service
hourloom is a personal day-planning app. Free features are provided as-is; paid tiers (Pro one-time, Advanced, Super monthly or annual) unlock additional features as described in the app and on the pricing page.
3. Purchases & cancellation
All purchases are processed by Google Play under Google's payment terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled in Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the current period ends. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and applicable consumer law.
4. Your content & data
Your schedules and patterns are yours and remain on your device — see the privacy policy. You're responsible for backups (the app provides an encrypted export).
5. AI-generated content
Plans are generated by an AI model you configure or a third-party API you connect. They are suggestions, not professional advice. Review them; you decide what to actually do with your day. Third-party AI providers' own terms apply to requests you send them.
6. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer the paid gating, resell the app, or use it unlawfully. Team features must not be used to harass or monitor people without their consent.
7. Availability & changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces a paid tier's value mid-period, contact us and we'll put it right.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, hourloom is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, or your statutory consumer rights.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes belong to its courts — though we'd much rather you just email us first.
